DISTRESSING:
Each item is UNIQUE. It is impossible to 100% duplicate an item. The nature of reclaimed wood can be knotty and can cause stain/paint to look different from pictured. I design with the natural tendencies of the wood in mind and it is my opinion that the character of the wood lends itself to the distressed vintage look I strive for.
Since ALL orders are custom, refunds are not practical. Please read the item description carefully. If there something wrong with your item that does not meet your satisfaction please let me know and I will correct it promptly. If there is by any chance shipping damage and a refund has been issued by the shipper it will immediately be forwarded on to you.
REFUND POLICY:
Due to the custom nature of my work I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I strive for 100% costumer satisfaction, so if your order arrives and something is not up to your expectations please send me an Etsy message within 3 days and I will absolutely work to resolve it and ensure you are pleased with your purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks due to the handcrafted and custom nature of my items . Completion times vary due to the time of year, and are an estimate only. Orders placed after 4:30 P.M. will be processed the next business day. Shipping is via USPS Priority, which typically takes 2-4 days for delivery once a package is shipped. Tracking information will be emailed at time of shipping. I make every effort to get orders shipped as quickly as possible.

Yes, the piece is beautiful and so well made, but Valarie's customer service was what really put it over the edge. I ordered this to put in our new home and really wanted to mark our kids' heights on move-in day. It arrived a few days before our move in two pieces. I let Valarie know and she immediately shipped a replacement and kept contacting me to make sure everything got there on time and that everything was to my satisfaction. The new growth chart arrived on moving day, in perfect condition. I feel like it's hard to find people these days who care so much and go to such lengths to make sure the customer is totally satisfied. I was so grateful!

Great chart...for babies and dogs. We had the seller make a slight adjustment so it could be hung on a wall, above wood base. Quick shipping. Great value overall.
