This rack can be made to your exact dimensions, and can be built with more or fewer dated nails- just contact me to have a custom order set up for you. If you have specific dates/numbers in mind let me know and I will try to accommodate.
Since the coat rack is made from reclaimed/live edge wood it may have imperfections, such as dents, cracks, knots, nail holes, discoloration, etc. If you are opposed to imperfections please make a note at check out. This is a unique, one-of-a-kind item - no two are alike. The pictured item is an example - yours will look similar but not identical. If you have a specific preference (such as for darker or lighter color), please ask me....

DISTRESSING:
Each item is UNIQUE. It is impossible to 100% duplicate an item. The nature of reclaimed wood can be knotty and can cause stain/paint to look different from pictured. I design with the natural tendencies of the wood in mind and it is my opinion that the character of the wood lends itself to the distressed vintage look I strive for.
Since ALL orders are custom, refunds are not practical. Please read the item description carefully. If there something wrong with your item that does not meet your satisfaction please let me know and I will correct it promptly. If there is by any chance shipping damage and a refund has been issued by the shipper it will immediately be forwarded on to you.
REFUND POLICY:
Due to the custom nature of my work I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I strive for 100% costumer satisfaction, so if your order arrives and something is not up to your expectations please send me an Etsy message within 3 days and I will absolutely work to resolve it and ensure you are pleased with your purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks due to the handcrafted and custom nature of my items . Completion times vary due to the time of year, and are an estimate only. Orders placed after 4:30 P.M. will be processed the next business day. Shipping is via USPS Priority, which typically takes 2-4 days for delivery once a package is shipped. Tracking information will be emailed at time of shipping. I make every effort to get orders shipped as quickly as possible.
